Document Description
Caltrans proposes to place a hot mix asphalt (HMA) overlay on SR 128 between post miles 23.3-R26.8. The purpose of this project is to prevent further deterioration of the paved highway surface and extend the service life of SR 128. The project is needed to restore areas of failing and damaged pavement.
