Palomar Shop Septic Leach Field (PMSP 128)
NOE - Notice of Exemption
The project consists of replacing the deteriorated septic leachy field, tight line, and distribution box to the shop building and trailer pad located at Palomar Mountain State Park. The first 70' of the proposed project area will be located in the existing foot print of the current septic system. The trench for the tight line (going from the septic tank to the distribution box) will be 12" wide and 18" deep. The 12" X 18" trench goes between two large diameter trees in two location and will remain 30' to 24' away for the base.
Utility repairs or minor upgrades
Replacement or reconstruction of existing utility systems and/or facilities involving negligible or no expansion of capacity.
Minro trenching and backfilling where te surface is restored.
Minor public alterations in the condition of land, water and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy mature, scenic trees.,
