Caltrans proposes to overlay SR 89 post mile 10.0-24.0 in Alpine County. Construction will occur on paved surfaces and improved shoulders within Caltrans right of way. Scope of work includes cold planning, dig outs of failing pavement, shoulder backing, and striping. Existing utilities will be adjusted to grade as needed.
