Document Description
Project is the upgrade of the existing 100 gpm Delta Field Division water treatment facility, to produce 10 gpm of potable water for human use, in order to comply with the CA Dept. of Public Health regulations. The upgrade will require the construction of an additional water treatment facility using a commercial-grade reverse osmosis unit. Installation will require the construction of a new 24'x52' building to house the equipment, adjacent paving for access, concrete foundation, tanks, and plumbing improvements, occupying less than 7,500 sq. ft. of total new area. Providing a potable water supply for employees at this State Water Project facility is essential for efficient and safe work operations, and for compliance with current State and Federal drinking water standards.
