- The Tioga Lake Dams Geomembrane Liner Installation is limited to the installation of a geomembrane liner on the upstream faces of the two Tioga Lake dams (the 270-foot long main dam and 50-foot long auxilliary dam), repair of deteriorated concrete areas along the dam faces, trash rack replacement, and dam plinth repair. The Lake Alteration Agreement is being issued to address impacts to de-watered, unvegetated lakebed from equipment access and excavation of material from the lakebed for geomembrane installation and repair (Project). The Project will result in temporary impacs to 0.15 acres of unvegetaterd CFDW jurisdictional lakebed from geomembrane emplacement and to 0.62 acres of unvegetated CDFW jurisdiction, and disturbed areas will be restored following the completion of the Project.
