- The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board is enrolling the project applicant, City of San Diego, in the General Water Qulity Certification of 2012 Nationwide Permits, Order Number SB12002GN (Project No. R9-2014-0050). The applicant proposes to temporarily impact a 0.006 acre (8 linear feet in width) of concrete stream channel between sewer manholes 18 and 19 through open trenching for the purpose of replacing the existing underground sewer main pipeline. The trench will be backfilled and concrete stream channel will be restored after sewer repair is complete.
