Document Description
The project is a grant award to the County of San Bernardino to develop a new Renewable Energy Value-Added Evaluation and Augmentation Leadership (REVEAL) Initiative that focuses on the costs, benefits, and best opportunities for eligible renewable eneergy resource development. The project will build on actions funded under a prior grant award from the Energy Commission (Agreement REN-12-002) to enhance the General Plan for optimizing development of local renewable energy projects.
