A footing trench will be excavated at the toe of the stream bank, a layer of rock slope protection filter fabric will be placed in the trench and against the stream bank, folled by placement of 1/4-ton riprap to construct a rock slope approximately 300-foot long, 3-foot high and 3-foot deep.
