Note: Review per lead The BLM proposes to amend the 1997 Caliente Resource Management Plan to clearly state that two parcels of public lands meet the criteria for sales at section 203(a)(1) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act and to offer these two parcels for direct/noncompetitive sale. The two parcels are described as: Parcel 2 - lots 3 & 4 in Sec. 4, T. 17 S., R 28 E, MDB&M consisting of 61.28 acres in Tulare County and Parcel 3 - lot 1 in Sec. 20, T. 9N., R33W., SBB&M consisting of 5.93 acres in Santa Barbara County.
