Related Santa Clara (known as City Place) Project, Development Area Plan (DAP) 2, Phase 2, Parcel 4: A 44.5 acre portion of the overall 240-acre Related Santa Clara project site located on Vacant Parcels North of Stars and Stripes Drive. DAP 2 proposes 435,000 sq. ft. of office space; 220-room hotel; 405,000 sq. ft. of retail space; 150,000 sq. ft. of food and beverage; 50,000 sq. ft. of entertainment; 500 residential units; and a 2,290 parking structure on six blocks. On July 13, 2020, the City Council adopted an addendum to the previously certified EIR, which analyzed the differences between the description of Phase 2 development in the EIR and in Phase 2 DAP.
