Document Description
The Project would include up to 9.16 million gsf of office buildings, retail and entertainment facilities, residential units, and hotel rooms, and would also include surface and structured parking facilities, open spaces, pedestrian/vehicular entrances, roadway networks, upgraded/expanded infrastructure, new utilities, and reconstruction of Fire Station 10. The conceptual land use plan provides two options, Scheme A and Scheme B, for the five parcels at the Project site, both of which would have the same amount of building area. A new General Plan land use designation (Urban Center/Entertainment District) is proposed within the category of Mixed-Use designations.
