- Document Description
- The Project would construct a new "city center" in the City. The Project would include up to 8.34 million gross square feet of office buildings, retail and entertainment facilities, residential units, hotel rooms, new open space, new roads, and new upgraded and expanded infrastructure. The conceptual land use plan provides two options for four parcels: Scheme A (with a building area totaling approximately 8.34 million gsf), and Scheme B (6.21 million gsf). The conceptual land use plan also includes: open space; a retention pond area; construction of a structural slab over the existing landfill cap; replacement of the existing groundwater monitoring network, leachate collection systems; environmental remediation activities; new pedestrian and vehicular entrances and roadway networks; and construction of new utilities.
