Document Description
The project involves the construction of new gravity sewer pipelines, manholes, and services to replace existing Septic Tank Effluent Pump (STEP) system pumps, tanks, and pressure pipelines. The proposed project includes the installation of 2,400 lineal feet of 15-inch sewer pipeline, 4,000 lineal feet of 8" sewer pipeline, and approximately 45 service laterals with a total length of approximately 1,050 feet, to improve hydraulics, eliminate surcharging, and reduce sewage pumping. The project will also include approximately 30 new manholes. Construction of the project will require the acquisition of a number of easements crossing private properties.
