A Site Approval application to utilize a portion of an existing vinegar processing facility to establish a small winery to be constructed in two phases over ten years. Phase One includes utilizing an existing 3,320 sf existing vinegar production building for wine production, also include utilizing the existing olive oil tasting room for wine tasting, and construction of a 500 sf crush pad. Phase Two, to be completed in ten years, includes the construction of a 5,000 sf storage building.
