Document Description
A request for approval of a land use permit to establish a new wireless telecommunication facility. The facility will be disguised as a 70-foot tall rustic water tower. The facility will be located within a fenced 1,200 sf lease area near the front of the property identified as 725 Delta Road in the Oakley area. The facility will consist of 12 panel antennas, 21 RRUS mounted with the faux tank. A ground mounted back-up generator and equipment shelters will also be located within the lease area.
