Document Description
As part of the District-Financed Waterline Extension Program (DFWLE), NID proposes to install a treated water pipeline along Winter Moon Way and Caroline Lane on Banner Mountain. The proposed Caroline Lane / Winter Moon Way DFWLE Project would include the construction and operation of an approximately 2,100-foot long 8-inch waterline that runs along Caroline Lane and Winter Moon Way. It would connect to an existing 12-inch water main at the intersection of Caroline Lane and Banner Lava Cap Road. The pipeline would be constructed within the existing road and roadway shoulder and include air release valves, blow-off valves, fire hydrants, and metered service assemblies.
