Document Description
The proposed project consists of development of a four-story, 98-room hotel on three undeveloped parcels totaling 3.70 acres. The proposed hotel would be approximately 50,800 sf, with the first floor comprising approximately 13,000 sf. The proposed hotel would be approximately 40 feet in height, with some architectural features reaching a maximum height of 48 feet. The proposed project would front onto San Pablo Dam Road with the main parking area in the front and a secondary parking area in the rear of the site. A total of 112 parking spaces would be provided. The project site would be fully landscaped in accordance with City standards.
