The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0425-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, SDC Delta Coves, LLC. The project is limited to the installation of a 1,083-foot-long pipeline using the horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method. The pipe consists of a 16-inch fused polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sleeve pipe with a fused 12-inch PVC pipe paced inside. The entry pit (10'L x 5'W x 6'H) will be excavated approximately 50 feet south of the right of way at the Delta Coves Drive cul-de-sac. The exit pit (10'L x 5'W x 4.5'H) will be excavated approximately 160 feet north of the Windsweep Road right of way. Adequate space must be provided at the pits for staging construction operations.
