Document Description
The project proposes redevelopment of two City-owned dirt lots and a portion of a developed parcel on the north side of Tasman Drive west of Lafayette Street in the City of Santa Clara. The redevelopment includes demolition of the existing tennis courts and construction of parking structures, a hotel, and office/retail buildings. The project proposes construct between 600,000 and 825,000 sf of mixed-use development on the project site. The total floor area ratio (FAR) of the site would not exceed 2.0 Parcel 1 is proposed to be developed with an eight-story office building and retail space. Parcel 2 is proposed to be developed with a five-story hotel and retail space. The project site is at a lower elevation than Tasman Drive. The buildings are proposed to be constructed on an elevated podium which would be at grade with Tasman Drive.
