Document Description
The project implements the CSU Sacramento Campus Master Plan objective of providing planned student housing facility in the northeastern campus area to alleviate current scarcity of student housing on campus and help accommodate the strong student demand for on-campus housing. The four-story residence hall will provide approximately 350 beds in a four-story building with two wings (one for freshman and one sophomore student residents) with open plazas and rich landscaping throughout the site, and a pedestrian crossing at the hall's main entrance. The residence hall is anticipated to open in Fall 2017.
