Document Description
Upon termination of the lease with the private German-American International School, the Menlo Park City School District would demolish the existing structures and replace them with a public school to serve grades 3-5. The facility is needed to accommodate the rapidly increasing student attendance with the City and is intended to be a neighborhood school that encourages walking and bicycling. The proposed project would consist of a new 55,600 sf two-story building, including a multi-use room, an enhanced circulation and parking lot configuration, a replacement sports field, and other improvements.
