The project includes the demolition of three existing commercial and residential buildings and the construction of a new 3-story mixed use, residential over commercial development on El Camino Real in the City of Belmont. The development is proposed to include nearly 11,700 sf of retail space at the street level; thirty-two 1, 2, 3-bedroom condominiums at the upper levels; 32 street-level commercial parking spaces; 58 basement parking spaces for residents; and a public court and landscaped rear yard. The project would also require a General Plan Amendment and rezoning to Planned Development.
