Document Description
The project proposal is to construct a new single-family residence. The proposed residence will have two stories, with a proposed third level mezzanine and a forth level tower loft at the top of a cork screw stairwell. A Geodesic Dome roof is proposed. Maximum height of structure proposed for 35 feet. A carport is proposed at the ground level of the residence. Total square footage for residence is 3,831 sf. A 20 foot diameter swimming pool is proposed. Existing access driveway from Mulholland Highway will be improved. Water tank, water well, septic tank and leach field proposed for service of residence. The total residential development area will be 8875 sf. On site grading proposed for 840 cu yds. of cut, 980 cu yds of fill, with 140 cu yds of import proposed. A Coastal Development Permit Application, No. 4-06-081, has been reviewed by the California Coastal Commission, with the latest Staff Report from Coastal dated September 24, 2008. Coastal Commission Hearings on the project were held July 10, 2008, and October 16, 2008.
