Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0179-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Phillips 66 Pipeline LLC. The Project is part of a larger activity to install approximately 5.3 miles of 4-inch natural gas pipeline a minimum of 42 inches below grade. The Project includes trenching to install the pipeline under 15 stream crossings.
