The proposed project includes the construction of a 6,815 sf single family dwelling with an attached 540 sf two-car garage which will result in the removal of one heritage-size oak tree (Quercus Agrifolia), the removal of one non-heritage size oak tree, and the alteration nine oak trees for which is Discretionary Tree Permit and mitigation are required. The approximately 9,922 sf lot is located within the RE-10,000 sf Zone District and the Urban Residential 2-4 Dwelling Unit Lake Sherwood Area Plan land use designation.
