Document Description
The applicant proposes to grade for and construct a 1,538 sf dwelling and a 579 sf garage, on a vacant 10,019 sf beach front parcel. Plans also show a 242.4 sf patio area. The height of the structure is limited to a maximum of 17 feet. The proposed lot coverage is 21.2%. Project grading would require disturbance of approximately 3,483 sf within the parcel boundaries and 1,557 sf within the adjacent right-of-way for off-site driveway access improvements.
