- The project entails the reconfiguration and expansion of the existing solids handling lagoons at the City of Oceanside's RWWFP, reducing the necessary frequency of solids removal to once every three months. The new configuration would include three solids lagoons of 32,000 sf total (with space for an additional one in the future), up from the current 14,000 total sf of the existing four lagoons; the pump stations; and a new access road for haul trucks to use during the solids removal.
