- Document Description
- The City of Los Angeles Dept. of Water and Power (LADWP) is currently implementing the Owens Lake Dust Mitigation Program in Owens Lake in order to reduce emissions of particulate matter less than or equal to 10 microns in diameter (PM10). LADWP will construct and operate dust control measures on 3.62 sq. mi. on the lake in compliance with Orders from the Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District. The State Lands Commission action is an amendment of a 20-year General Lease - Public Agency Use through April 30, 2019.
