Document Description
The City of Los Angeles of Water and Power is currently implementing the Owens Lake Dust Mitigation Program on Owens Lake in order to reduce emissions of particulate matter less than or equal to 10 microns in diameter (PM10). LADWP will construct and operate dust control measures (DCMs) on 3.61 sq miles on the lake in compliance with Orders from the Great Basin Air Pollution Control District (GBUAPCD).
