Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is executing an Amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0045-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) represented by Mr. Clarence Martin. The Amendment includes: the construction of an 8,490-foot long berm road and the extension completion of the a existing 1,530-foot berm road within the T-13-1 Addition Dust Control Area; the construction of a 4,000-foot long berm road within the T-17-2 Dust Control Area; the retention of gravel riprap berms along the perimeter of Dust Control Area T29, 5,750 feet of berm around the perimeter of Dust Control Area T36, and 2,427 feet of berm adjacent the Brady Highway from Dust Control Area T-27N to T1 3-2 ( except the for the area adjacent to T-18); and the installation of an above ground irrigation system within 53.14-acres of area within dust control cell T-32-2.A19FB-A1E0-1
