Document Description
Demolition of an existing single-family dwelling, subdivision of a 13,504 sf site to create 12 small lots for single-family dwelling purposes, and the construction, use and maintenance of 12 single-family dwellings, each four stories and 45 feet in height, with 28 on-site parking spaces. The new dwellings will each have two on-site parking spaces in an enclosed garage on the first level of the dwelling and four uncovered guest spaces, accessed via a proposed shared driveway providing access from Beachwood Drive. The project also includes site grading with the export of approximately 400 cubic yards of soil and the removal of 16 non-protected trees.
