Document Description
The Project will realize 500,000 sf of new retail outlet mall use, a 220-room hotel, and 600 apartment units within an approximately 14.66-acre site, located in the western portion of El Monte, near the intersection of Flair Drive and Rio Hondo Avenue. The Project also includes the option for up to 20 percent of the proposed retail sf to be developed as office use (resulting in 100,000 sf of office and 400,000 sf of retail). The Project includes the proposed retail, hotel, residential, parking, and all facilities proposed within the Project site, on- and off-site supporting improvements, and associated discretionary actions.
