The project is the placement of an approximately 4 mile long pipeline to convey reverse-osmosis treated water from a current discharge point on Pismo Creek near Ormonde Road in the Price Canyon area of San Luis Obispo County, California, to a new discharge point at the upper end of the Edna Valley aquifer on West Corral de Piedra Creek (the major tributary to Pismo Creek). Approximately one million gallons per day will ultimately be discharged at the new discharge point, the same as the current discharge.
