Note: Extended Review per lead The project proposes to revise the land use plan to reconfigure planning area boundaries; incorporate a proposed Metrolink station; provide for a substantial increase in the number of residential dwelling units allowed on-site in order to help create a demand for Metrolink ridership within the plan; adjust the range of residential densities included within the plan; reduce the amount of land area devoted to commercial land uses; and eliminate the planned commercial/office, business park, church/school, and public facility land uses.
