The project site is currently developed with the Earl Carroll Theatre (ECT Building), and a surface parking lot with accessory structures. The project will protect and retain the ECT Building on the eastern portion of the project site and replace the surface parking lot and accessory structures with the construction of a new seven-story, mixed-use building on the western portion of the project site, which will include approx. 4,700 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space oriented towards Sunset Blvd. and 200 residential dwelling units.
