Document Description
A Preliminary Parcel Map for a small lot subdivision to subdivide one lot into two lots in the RD1.5-1 Zone. The existing one story single family dwelling and guest house currently on the property will be demolished to accommodate the proposed hybrid style single family dwelling that will be constructed.
