Daybreak Oil and Gas, Inc. is proposing the Sherman 1-23 project to construct one (1) well site and drill one (1) oil well on the site in Poso Creek Oil Field. Proposed site is 13.9 miles southeast of the City of McFarland in unincorporated Kern County, California. The surface location for the proposed well would be on land owned by Berry Petroleum Company.
