(a) Amend the Western Rosedale Specific Plan from Map Code UER (Urban Estate Residential - Less Than or Equal to 2 Dwelling Units/Net Acre) to SR (Suburban Residential - Less Than or Equal to 4 Dwelling Units/Net Acre) or a more restrictive map code designation; (b) A change in zone classification from A-1 (Limited Agriculture [E (1/2) RS (Estate - 1/2 acre - Residential Suburban Combining) in suspense]) to E (1/4) or a more restrictive district; (c) Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 7241; proposing to divide a 35.44-acre site into 80 lots ranging in size from 10,935 sf (net) to 22,244 sf (net) for single-family residential use, a 30,707 sf sump lot, and a 6.94 acre designated remainder.
