FYI: Final Caltrans currently holds the deeds to 460 parcels in the Cities of Pasadena and South Pasadena, and in the El Sereno area of the City of Los Angeles. Caltrans is proposing to sell the 460 parcels, originally acquired for a surface freeway project on SR 710, to housing entities, previous owners, current tenants and occupants, former tenants, and persons and families of low or moderate income pursuant to Senate bill 416 and the Roberti Act.
