Caltrans will be offering for sale a number of properties it owns along the SR-710 Corridor. Caltrans has identified 460 potential surplus properties in the cities of Pasadena and South Pasadena and in the El Sereno area of the City of Los Angeles that may be declared as excess real property and sold. Residential properties deemed as surplus would be sold to housing entities, previous owners, current tenants, or other private individuals or organizations, pursuant to the proposed Affordable Sales Program (ASP) regulations. Caltrans is the lead agency for this action under the CEQA.
