Document Description
Caltrans proposes a Safety Improvement Project on SR 96, between (PM) 8.3 and 8.9, in Humboldt County. The Project proposes to re-align the roadway, improve roadway geometrics and drainage facilities, increase sight distance and shoulder widths, and provide a new pavement surface. The purpose of this project is to improve traffic operations and reduce the frequency and severity of traffic collisions with the proposed Project limits.
