The California Department of Publci Health (Departemnt) is a responsibile agency for this project . The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 50 Program is providing state funds for the project. The City of Delano proposes to present a BIOTTTA Wellhead Nitrate Treatment Pilot and Demonstration Project for the residents of the City of Delano. This demonstration is part of a pilot project for nitrate treatment for the city's water supply.
