Proposed facilities would be developed within the existing school site. New buildings would provide improved facilities and safer structures that would meet current codes for earthquake resistance. Project would result in a minor increase from the current 54,061 to 55,726 sq. ft., well below the addition allowed by the exemption. Student capacity would be about the same as currently.
