Project would include the construction of a new single-story, 2,859-square foot, modular school-based primary care community clinic and associated parking area on the grounds on Herbert Ibarra Elementary School located on Orange Avenue in San Diego. The proposed clinic would include ground disturbance of approximately 9,800 square feet on an already disturbed site within the southern portion of the school campus. Access to the site would be directly from Polk Avenue.
