The purpose of this re-abandonment is to re-enter the well to clean it out to 3500' and place a cement plug across the Underground Source of Drinking Water Zone. The area will be graded approximately 1- to 3- feet to create level pad surface to support oil well abandonment draining equipment. The containment pad consists of Dura-Base @ interlocking mats underneath the entire drilling operation and staging area. The limits of grading and quantity of excavation will be the minimum necessary to create the 120-foot by 220-foot work area.
