Document Description
The California Bear Credit Union will lease an additional 5,800 sf of office space on the first floor of the State's Ronald Reagan Building. The new lease will be adjacent to the existing branch office. As part of the lease agreement the tenant agrees to make improvements to existing vacant space resulting in 7 offices, a common work area, two restrooms, file storage area, printer room, and computer server room. An automated teller machine, accessible from the exterior of the building, will also be installed. The improvements will accommodate approximately 25 staff. All improvements will be consistent with California Building Codes and the ADA compliant.
