NOE - Notice of Exemption
With recent, and future, control burns conducted in the Loafer Creek Campground, Lake Oroville State Recreation Area, two interpretative panels displaying photos and literature discussing the ecological benefits of prescribed burns will be placed in two separate locations. The panels will aid visitors in understanding the burned areas they observe during their stay.
