The proposed lot line adjustment in exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15305, of CEQA Guidelines. The proposed lot line adjustment will not result in any changes in land use or density and the average slope is less than 20%. None of the exceptions listed under CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 exist.
