This project will construct a multi-use trail along North Twin Oaks Valley Road between Borden and La Cinega roads that will connect to approximately 20 miles of trail in the north area of San Marcos, and will include 450 feet of new curb and gutter, driveways, a 200 foot lineal retaining wall, landscaping, and irrigation.
