The proposed action is the application for a State grant that will allow for the installation of facilities consistent with the Barnett Ranch Resource Management Plan. This will involve placement of signage, benches, barriers, and oak trees. Installations of limited numbers of small structures such as signs, benches and barriers are found to be exempt from CEQA review under Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines.
